The Glacier has receded a lot in the recent years.If you have time stop at Lake Matheson. It is not very far from Franz Josef glacier. View of Mt. Cook is beautiful from the this lake.Lake Paringa past Fox glacier and before you hit the coast again. Very quite and serene spot if you want to have a lunch picnicShipwreck Beach before HaastShort walk to the blue pools. There were lots of youngsters jumping from the bridge. Cardrona – The flower bloom along the highway before QueenstownBefore the decent into Queenstown. Beautiful drive. We started at 10am and it is around 4pm. The natural beauty provides immense energy.Sheep along the highway past Queenstown. Also there were lots of deers.We reached Te Anau around 8pm after a brief stop in Queenstown.
